Legend Innovation prioritizes early-stage investments, with over 50% of its portfolio involving seed funding. It adopts a hands-on approach, partnering with founding teams to establish businesses and develop scalable models. To mitigate high risks, Legend Innovation focuses on refining its proprietary methodology and creating a value-driven ecosystem.

Operating a technology incubator in Kaohsiung, Legend Innovation collaborates with industry, government, and academia, assisting over 30 startups annually to expand into southern Taiwan and Southeast Asia. 誠研創新(股)公司在2020年底成立於高雄市，由一群對於早期創業投資孵化以及技術產業化推動有高度熱誠與專業經驗的團隊所組成，其核心業務為股權投資、創業孵化以及企業顧問與數位轉型等項目。今(2024)年9月份正式向經濟部申請國際創育機構登錄認證，經審查通過並於11月正式取得登錄證書，同時也代表誠研創新在創新創業與國際合作的商業推動成果獲得官方肯定，誠研創新期許獲得更多優質資源加值並持續推動核心業務穩健成長。

誠研創新總經理鍾金峯表示，經濟部中小及新創企業署所推動的國際創育機構之登錄機制，目前全國僅不到40家公民營組織獲得認證，誠研創新更是首家登記設立與營運在高雄市並獲准登錄國際創育機構的南部民營企業，特別具有指標性意義，非常感謝經濟部以及審查委員會的肯定。

他指出，誠研創新成為經濟部「具創新能力之新創事業認定原則」的合格推薦單位，經誠研創新培育且推薦的被輔導公司，可適用多項優惠措施。在符合申請條件下，可透過經濟部向有關單位申請取得「亞太經濟合作商務旅行卡」、「外國人學術與商務旅行卡」以及工作許可、居留簽證、外僑居留證及重入國許可「四證合一之就業金卡」。

另外在資金取得上，對於申請經濟部「小型企業創新研發計畫補助」者可納入加分機制，亦可申請「中小企業信用保證基金」的信用保證進而取得銀行融資等等。這些難得的輔導資源將有助於誠研創新持續推動並放大創新創業生態經營模式以及國際化等業務項目之成果實現。

「選對技術路線、站對政策風口以及發揮創業家精神」是誠研創新認為一家創業公司能否比別人更快站穩市場並有機成長的三大核心要素，這也落實在誠研創新團隊的日常輔導與業務推展上。鍾金峯特別說明由於誠研的投資策略是定位在極早期的創業階段，目前的投資組合有超過50%的案件是跟著創始團隊一起投資種子輪並協助公司成立，其餘的投資部位則在天使輪階段，且大部分皆無溢價投資，顯示誠研創新是少數在創業團隊沒有營收模式狀況下，敢於出手投資與深度陪跑的專業機構。
