The goal and vision of KO-IN establishment focus on developing Kaohsiung Smart City and related Smart Technology, by accelerating entrepreneurship with the existing spirit of industrial/enterprise innovation guidance, to eventually convert and breath new growing momentum into the industrial structure of Southern Taiwan, facilitating the start-ups to form an industrial cluster, and driving further prosperity of industry in the South.
